Fearless Presentations workshop in Houston, Texas on January 6-7, 2014 hosted a small group of six. Small classes offer the participant more one on one coaching, more time to spend on the different modules. Fearless Presentations is a 2-day presentation skills class which gives participants the tools to deliver powerful introductions, learn how to most effectively incorporate stories and examples into any topic. The class consisted of participants in the oil and gas field, pipeline sales and safety, an engineer in a software company and a food service company. The class found their potential rise as they proceeded through the presentation and speech development exercises that have helped so many individuals after completing the Fearless Presentations workshop.
Participants in this class were especially interested in how to connect with an audience in presentations. The speaker needs to say just enough to persuade their audience, but not so much to lose the attention of their audience. ” my personal stories and years of experience will help me in my next presentation”. The class is structured so that everyone gets up in front of the group repeatedly to do each exercise, culminating in a final presentation where participants are able to learn tools for putting together presentations in a fast, easy to learn process. The end of the two workshop concluded with a final presentation that the participants developed. The results showed amazing improvement and many happy graduates at the end of the two day workshop. One participant said ” This is exactly what I needed, I was already nervous coming here but now I feel more confident”
