One of the fun things that happens in a two-day presentation workshop, is that we get to know about different industries. I sometimes joke that, after doing this for 20 years, I know a little bit about a LOT of stuff. As class members go through the class, they begin to design, a little at a time, very compelling longer presentations. So, by the time we finish the second day, we had seven very interesting presentations about some really fun industries.
In Addition to Learning Great Speaking Skills, the Presentation Skills Class Helps Participants Network in Different Industries.
For instance, one of the participants own a modeling agency in Miami. So, we got to learn a lot of ins-and-outs of an industry that most of us (we the non-supermodel type) never get to learn about.
