We got to walk around Rockefeller Center Center, ice skate, and visit Times Square just before the chaos around New Years Eve. Oh, and we also taught a fun public speaking class in Manhattan, NY. (Just joking. But I did have a good time in between classes seeing the sights.)
We had 10 people from New York and parts of New England come to the Hilton Times Square for a presentation class. Like all of our New York public speaking classes, the group was from every walk of life. We had finance people from Wall Street along with employees of retail giants in the class.
The class lasted two days. We started with a few ways for the participants to look and feel more comfortable when they present. Then, as the class went on, we covered a few more skills. Late in the first day, we showed the group how to become master storytellers to captivate their audience. Then, in day two, we cover 10 ways to take any presentation and add significant impact to it.
I had a ball teaching the class. And the class members all gave me great feedback about how “life changing” the class was for them.
We’d love to have you come to one of our future classes. Just go to public speaking class details for more information.
