The nostalgia came from the location, though. The hotel industry took a beating during the last couple of years. So, we decided to support the local community in Cincinnati and booked the class at the Cincinnatian Hotel. Over 20 years ago, we held our first Fearless presentations ® class in Cincinnati at this hotel. And, I fell in love with the location. This hotel has been in operation for over 150 years. And walking through it is like walking through a museum. (Granted, it is a really, really comfortable museum, though.)
As our company grew, we got an office in Cincinnati. So, I haven’t been to the hotel in almost a decade. But it was really fun reliving the early years of teaching presentation classes in Ohio!

Just as an FYI, during the shutdowns and work-from-home era, presentation skills haven’t been a high priority for business people. However, now that companies are thriving again, these skills are vital to success. And since so many people neglected developing these muscles, the need is pretty dramatic, now.
It would be like not riding a bicycle for years and trying to jump back on. Sure, the skill will likely come back to you. However, you might fall a few times before getting your legs under you again.
